What a garden, what a woman! Tonight, How Green Nursery will be presenting a talk to the North Tonbridge Horticultural Society on the subject of topiary. Potting up already underway for 2013 season. No sooner has one selling season finished, preperations are in full swing to boost next years stock levels! Our staff are working flat out and our potting machine a blur, as tens of thousands of perennials are potted into 1 and 2 litre pots. Annual visit doesn’t disappoint. Last week the glorious Hampton Court Palace opened it’s doors for the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show. As ever, the largest flower show in the world was spectacular! As if being featured in Gardens Illustrated last month wasn’t enough, we are possibly making our TV debut too! We had a crew at the nursery recently filming for a Channel 5 series called London: The Inside Story. The episode we were filmed for features the importance of green spaces in London, and we contribute to those green spaces by supplying seasonal bedding plants for Westminster City Council! How Green Nursery hit the headlines recently when some of our Coreopsis played starring roles in October’s edition of the BBC’s Gardens Illustrated magazine. The publication has a plant focus piece each month, and October saw the turn of wonderful Coreopsis.
