New line for 2015
We have always grown a very limited range of ferns, but demand has necessitated we grow more! The summer and autumn of 2014 we have put our energies into growing 15 different ferns. As well as some popular old favourites, we have sourced some brand new cultivars.
Ferns are a very versatile group of plants and are happy growing in some difficult parts of the garden. There are ferns for damp shade, dry shade, with some being evergreen.
Planted in the ground or into containers, they can give good architectural value and a good companion with other shade loving plants. Some of the new ferns available have silvery or bronze foliage, some of which can be seen below.
