We are open to the public again this weekend – come along, bring a friend and hopefully the sun will shine for us all! We have a large selection of bedding plants, perennials, shrubs and herbs all being sold at prices much cheaper than garden centres so come and take advantage while you can. PS – Did we mention that we are also selling delicious, homemade cake!
As you may be aware the GDPR has new legislation coming into effect on 25th May 2018. We store details for the purpose of sending copies of our Availability Lists and news about Open Days and other events. We do not actively market using information collected from outside sources, our mailing list is made up of previous clients and people who have requested our details. We are now required by Law to obtain confirmation so that these mailings can continue. If you haven’t replied to our email asking for this then you will no longer receive our communications. To keep on receiving our Availability List or Open Day/Events newsletters please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven’t signed up before then please do! We won’t bombard you with information – we just don’t have the time!
Sorry to disappoint, but unfortunately we have had to turn away some visitors who wished to look around and purchase plants. We are a Trade Only Nursery and as such our priorities have to be our regular customers. We have Open Days (see side panel for information) where the public can come in and purchase our plants and all are welcome on these days. We would love to open our doors to everyone but this is not possible, so please do not take it personally. We hope you understand.
The signs are out, the chairs and tables set up, plants are behaving themselves and Jasper the nursery puppy is going bonkers! We are welcoming all this Saturday and Sunday – including well behaved dogs. So please bring yourselves, a friend or two and join us to eat cake, drink tea and purchase some of our beautiful plants. (Feel free to bring some clear skies and sunshine too please)

We hope for the return of our PUBLIC OPEN WEEKENDS in 2021
We are a wholesale nursery, growing and supplying plants to the horticultural professions. However, we also hold a series of open weekends, just three times a year, where we are open to the general public. These events are usually in April, June and September.
Unfortunately, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we were not able to hold these events in 2020 but hope they will return in some form for 2021. For instance, we held a pop-up at the nursery during September which proved very popular.
Normally, on our PUBLIC OPEN DAYS all are welcome to view and purchase plants and enjoy tea and cake in the garden.
We also host regular talks and group visits throughout the year, but again these have been put on hold for the meantime.
To keep up with the latest info on the nursery, please check our Public News page or subscribe to our Public Events Newsletter.
Thank you, from the team at How Green.
